Euphoria on OMR is the large scale residential project from Call Express Constructions. It’s a residential gated community project that looks like a seven star hotel. The project that has come up on a two-acre site offers 76 3BHK apartments, each around 1,800 sq ft.
The Project is ready for occupation. While the developer has already sold 50 apartments.
At Rs 4,700 per sq ft, each apartment will approximately cost Rs 80-85 lakh.
