Leading developers – Arihant Foundations, which has recently got approval for its proposed luxury-residential apartment project at Arumbakkam near Anna Nagar, is planning to launch the project shortly.

“The project is titled `Panache’. We are planning to launch the project on February 21, 2010. It will have about 70 apartments. The price can be expected to be around Rs 7000 per sq.ft,” says Mr Kamal Lunawath , Managing Director, Arihant Foundations.

“It is to be noted that every year FAIRPRO event will set the tone for the whole year, with its success (or) failure. After a couple of sluggish years, the industry hopes to have brisk sales in 2010, thanks to improved economic indicators.
