FAIRPRO Event to set the tone for 2010
The Biggest annual property fair in Chennai – FAIRPRO has been announced for 2010.
FAIRPRO 2010, presented by CREDAI, Tamil Nadu will happen during Feb 19th – 21st 2010, at Chennai trade center. During this show, more than 45 developers will showcase about 250 projects according to CREDAI.
“It is to be noted that every year FAIRPRO event will set the tone for the whole year, with its success (or) failure. After a couple of sluggish years, the industry hopes to have brisk sales in 2010, thanks to improved economic indicators. We will surely have a preview of the same in the upcoming FAIRPRO event”, says Mr. Rajesh Babu – Chief Consultant, RECS GROUP.

We had started in September with just 22 projects in four cities Delhi National Capital Region (NCR), Kolkatta, Bangalore and Chennai.
Following the launch in the USA, we aimed at a target of increasing the number of projects to 50 by December 31, 2007. But we outperformed our own target and achieved 100 projects and extended coverage two more cities – Hyderabad and Kochi.
